we have another painting or two to put up in the apartment - one for the wall of animals, a lobster.

the vonzes bachelor party was a great time. jwright and i made the journey, picked up a copy of taylor wayne's world on the way. enjoyed various meat sandwiches, some good brew, killin fireworks, 15ft bonfire, gokart ragin and hangin out with dudes and old dudes.
the wedding this past weekend was beautiful. everything from the ceremony to the dinner/reception and the campout after. i had a really great time, vonzes homebrew, selfhelp on the tables, good food, a cat at the ceremony, breakfast with the family and friends the next morning. it was fantastic to see friends, but most importantly i am very glad to of been a part of one of the best days of both vaughn and gwen's lives, really. it is awesome.

julie and i went to the avett bros sunday when we got back in town. we left halfway through their set - a mix of the terrible venue (hob) / view / the crowd - it just wasnt manageable and both of us agreed that we werent enjoying any of it. bummer city usa.

It kind of makes me wonder what I am still doing working there as it is. I understand that there is a big difference between being a clinical assistant there and being a nurse there, but still. They should be able to see that I am a hard worker who is determined to succeed in everything that I do. Even if I don't get every little thing right off the bat, give me a little bit and I'll make it happen. I didn't think that I would be so bothered by being turned down though. While I was waiting to hear back, I was like
